OnePlus Nord is an Android-based smartphone that was launched on 21 July 2020. It is the first device in the company’s “Nord” series and the company’s first midrange smartphone since the OnePlus X in 2015. It will be available in Europe, India, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. The phone comes with a dual rear camera and a 5.8-inch full-HD display. For more information, check out the product page.
The OnePlus Nord has a wide variety of cameras with excellent performance. Its dual-core processor and 16MP main camera offer a variety of options for photography. It also offers 10x optical zoom, slow-motion video recording at 240fps, and 4K video recording at 30fps. Unfortunately, this smartphone doesn’t include a headphone jack. While OnePlus acknowledges this problem, it will be working on a software fix for future models.
While it’s not the fastest phone out there, the OnePlus Nord’s gaming performance is good. It has a 90Hz screen, which gives it excellent visual performance. It’s a big step up from the OnePlus Utah Nord, which has a 63MP camera. Its dual-SIM support is a major plus for the Nord. The camera set on this phone is stellar, with six lenses. It’s worth mentioning that the OnePlus Nord has a camera with six lenses.
Oneplus Nord While it’s a decent phone, it doesn’t quite live up to the hype. As a result, OnePlus has decided to not use the latest tech and instead uses the cheapest components. The OnePlus Nord ships with OxygenOS 10.5 based on Android 10 but will upgrade to OxygenOS 11 in March 2020 when Android 11 is released. If you want to see more of the features, you can get the Oneplus Nord.
Aside from its camera, the OnePlus Nord also has a fingerprint scanner and has a built-in camera. Both of these features are useful, but the OnePlus Nord is not the smallest smartphone out there. For example, the speaker is not located on the top, so it’s hard to hold it up in one hand. Its dual-speaker setup is also difficult to use, but it works well with a USB dongle.
The OnePlus 7 Pro featured a high-refresh rate 90Hz Fluid AMOLED display. It has the same display, but it’s a bit lacking HDR10+ support. However, the OnePlus Nord has a 6.43-inch Full HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 450 pixels per inch. Its peak brightness is 600 nits, which isn’t bad. Although it doesn’t match the Pixel 3 XL, it’s still better than the OnePlus 8 Pro when it comes to battery life.
The OnePlus Nord’s camera is one of the best features in a smartphone, but its low price makes it unsuitable for everyone. A high-resolution display is a must-have feature for any OnePlus smartphone, so a quality-of-life-enhancing camera is a key factor to consider. It’s easy to see how the OnePlus Nord is a better phone than the OnePlus 8 in many ways.
